Fulfilment and Processing Times
When you order from Brick Me UK (uk.brick.me), your order will normally be shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the fulfillment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when available.
Please note that delivery times are estimations only and do not serve as guarantees. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will normally be active within 24 hours.
Prices, Customs, Duties and Taxes
Prices on the website are inclusive of VAT for purchases delivered within the United Kingdom. Prices are subject to change without notice.
For international orders (outside of the UK), all orders are sent as DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) to make sure there are no charges to the customer at customs. Brick Me will cover any VAT or duties obligations.
