What’s Covered

We stand behind every product we sell. For 36 months from the date you receive it, we’ll cover any defects in materials or workmanship under normal, everyday use.

 

What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage you were told about before purchase
  • Damage to anything that isn’t the product itself
  • Non-physical products such as Services


How to File a Claim

  1. Gather your proof of purchase (order number, invoice, screenshot—whatever you’ve got).

  2. Email us at [support@brick.me] with “Warranty Claim” in the subject line.

  3. Show us the problem by attaching a photo or short video.

We’ll get back to you quickly with the next steps.

 

What We’ll Do

At our discretion, we’ll:

  1. Replace the defective part or product

  2. Arrange for a repair

  3. Issue a full or partial refund

Keep It Simple

No need to ship anything back unless we explicitly ask—just let us know what went wrong and we’ll sort it out.
